1. Who processes your data

The controller is a company registered in the United States whose actual operations and data handling take place from within the European Union. In practice this means the data sits on a European Union server and is not moved to a third country: where a company is incorporated and where its data lives are two different things.

2. What we collect, and why

There is a single collection point on this site: the contact and AI-check form. We process what you enter there solely so that we can answer your enquiry and — if you ask for one — send a proposal.

• Name (required) — so we know who we are writing to.
• Email address (required) — to send the reply and the confirmation.
• Website address (required) — the subject of the check; not personal data as such, but stored with the enquiry.
• Phone number (optional) — we only call if you give it to us.
• Message (optional) — what you write about yourself and the task.
• IP address and submission time — abuse filtering (screening out automated submissions) and evidence that the submission happened.

3. Legal basis

Answering your enquiry is a step prior to entering into a contract, taken at your request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Abuse filtering (IP address, timestamp) rests on our legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)): without it the form would become unusable within days because of automated submissions.

4. Who else sees it

We do not sell the contents of your enquiry, do not pass it to advertisers, and do not use it for profiling. We use the following processors to operate the service:

• Hosting provider: an EU-based hosting provider — server operation (EU).
• Content delivery and attack protection provider (United States) — serving the site and verifying that form submissions are human. The check works without cookies.
• Email provider (United States) — our notification arrives and your confirmation goes out through it.
• The law requires the category of recipient to be stated. We give the names of the specific providers in writing on request.

5. Where the data sits, and whether it leaves the EU

Data submitted through the contact form is stored on our hosting provider's (an EU-based hosting provider) European Union server, and we do not copy it elsewhere. Email is handled by a dedicated email provider. Enquiries are read and answered by the controller's representative from within the European Union (Hungary).

The controller's US registration does not in itself constitute a transfer to a third country: the place of incorporation is a legal fact, the location of the data a technical one. Should this change in future — for instance if we engaged a US provider — this policy will say so in advance.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for 24 months from receipt, so that we know what was discussed if you come back later. After that it is deleted. If you ask for deletion sooner, we delete it — unless the enquiry became a contract, in which case statutory accounting retention applies.

7. Cookies and analytics

This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking code. Fonts are served from our own server, so your IP address does not reach a third party when they load either. Cloudflare Turnstile, which verifies that form submissions are human, works without cookies. That is why there is no cookie consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.

8. Your rights

You can request any of the following at hello@aiseo42.com; we respond substantively within one month at the latest:

• Information about what data we hold on you.
• Rectification if any of it is inaccurate.
• Erasure — with the exception noted above.
• Restriction of processing and objection to processing based on legitimate interest.
• Portability: you can request the data you provided in machine-readable form.

9. Remedies

If you believe the processing is unlawful, you may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., naih.hu), with your local supervisory authority, or with a court. Please write to us first — most questions are settled in one email.
